One day not too long ago I woke up and thought, "wow, I think I am an expert in real estate." I am definitely not an expert in living this best life, but ask me about real estate ANYTHING (residential), and I think I finally either have the answers or know how to get the answers.
It's a mixed bag of feelings. In one aspect, I feel worthy. Helpful. Smart. In another aspect, I am wondering what to do with all of this.
