Amy Rose.

Amy's been in the real estate field for over 20 years.  First in Ohio, on Lake Erie and Toledo real estate -  as a licensed agent. It was fun until it got too cold to even sled down a hill for a minute in winter.  She moved to Florida with her two littles and settled in Atlantic Beach!  She misses Ohio but loves Florida! She's been licensed in Florida as a real estate agent - and now real estate broker/owner - the entire time she's lived here. She's joined other brokerages over the years...most recently a certain "virtual real estate brokerage" but has returned to her own company.  NOTHING IS BETTER.

Amy's official educational background is law and business related.  She has an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies (Applied Science) from The University of Toledo (Ohio), a Bachelor's Degree in Individualized Studies (Business and Prelaw majors) from Lourdes College (Ohio) and a Florida real estate broker's license. She's also been an independent contractor for a customer service corporation for the last 10 years. She's got the perfect background to make your home buying or selling experience a TWENTY OUT OF TEN.

Currently, Amy owns her own real estate and investment company and mentors newly-licensed agents. She continues to live in Atlantic Beach as she has all these years since moving to Florida.
